"I felt very uncomfortable at this practice. This was my first and last visit at this dental office. Shortly after I had finished filling out my forms, and was brought in for cleaning, I was randomly told by the receptionist, that I was using "provocative language", and that if I used language like "that" again, that I would be dismissed. I immediately apologized because I was unaware of any language that I may have been using. In an attempt to clarify and understand the situation, I asked about some of the words I was saying, and I was given no context to when I was using this language, or what it was, and I say this because this warning came out of nowhere. I was told that I was warned "multiple times" and that she "let it slide" when this was my first conversation with the receptionist, so I was very confused. At the time, I was the only one inside the practice, along with the dentist, and receptionist, and I recall no direct conversations whatsoever where I used this "provocative language". Overall, it made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected, as if I was using vulgar language and disrupting the practice, and so I kept quiet, and I plan on taking my business elsewhere. It is very rude to accuse people of using foul language, let alone multiple times, and not give context or clarification as to what and when that language was used. However, the Dentist was very nice!! I do not want this review to detract from the fact that she is a very wonderful lady, who provided a great cleaning."

"No regard for patient comfort. Spent the bulk of the appointment having personal conversations and planning lunch and shopping rather than focusing on the job at hand or keeping the patient informed of what they were doing and next steps. The dentist is incredibly nervous and constantly reprimanded the patient for crossing her legs."

Dr. George then conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth and gums, looking for any signs of decay or gum disease. Thankfully, no major issues were found. The entire experience was comfortable and informative, and I left the clinic with a clean bill of dental health and a renewed commitment to oral care."
