"ZERO STARS! Spoke with a representative on the phone and asked if they accept walk ins. I was told yes and to come by since there was no one on que. Upon my arrival, nobody greeted me, but I didn't really think much of it. I just sat down and patiently waited for my turn. Once one of the barbers finished ,figured he'd call me when I was next, but instead, he asked me if I had an appointment, and I said no and explained the situation when I spoke with a rep over the phone. He said he didn't know anything and figured I was here for the other barber, and I said I didn't care who it was with. I just need a haircut. But he said they close at 7 and couldn't do any more cuts even after having me wait for a whole hour and not even greet me. A lack of customer service and organization on their behalf."

"This place is legit!! Came down from Austin for my brothers wedding and needed to get a cut before the wedding. Read some reviews, magic touch came up so I decided to check it out. Braulio took me in immediately and asked what I wanted. Once he understood what I wanted he started going at it. An amazing job was done and super friendly experience. Braulio is a great and humble barber who will get you looking clean right away. Price for the cut was great as well! I highly recommend coming here for your next cut if you haven’t already checked it out."

"Honestly this place went above and beyond; I was recently in Brownsville. I needed a fade really fast and one of the barbers who’s name is Braulio took care of me, faded me up, did my edge up, and did my eyebrows. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a professional barber who knows how to take care of his customers. I will definitely come back to this barbershop. Great atmosphere and the place is clean."
