"I went earlier today and there was an old lady that DONT have a clue on cutting hair. And plus charged me $25 for a 7 year old Kid hair cut. Iam very dissapointed."
"The lady said she didn’t see my husband behind some people in line and shut the door in his face. We are very understanding people but to shut the door in someone’s face is rude and disrespectful. I then called and she said she didn’t see him and that she is not a disrespectful person to shut the door on people but then said she was busy and hung up the phone. They really need to work on their service and maybe get an eye exam done if they missed an entire human in front of their face. Hopefully she see’s a little better when working on your hair."
