"I’ve come in for the last 4 years. The last two times they made terrible haircuts and refused to fix it without charging for another cut. They also both cut my beard when I specifically told them not too, the guy in the corner with the curly hair and John, the guy in the picture are very good. the issue is they are only by appointment as they are extremely competent. So if you don’t feel like making an appointment the other guys will just cut your hair however they feel that day. I will just be cutting my own hair from now on."
