"My son and I went for haircuts at Brooklyn's Barbershop, it's located in the plaza that's on the corner of 23rd and Nolana. It's tucked away in the south side of the plaza by the middle. We entered and were greeted and seated. I was feeling the hip vibe the place was giving off. The music and the decor took me away from McAllen for a minute, plus, the chatter between customers and the barbers is something you definitely don't see in the Valley. Anyways, my son and I received the best haircuts we have ever had. I really like that they use razors to really get clean results. My barber went above and beyond with service that I normally have to ask for. My son absolutely loved his "fade". They do get booked up so it might be best to call ahead for a spot. Also,once there you can get an app to set appointments."
"Maki is a wizard stylist at this barber shop filled with nothing but decent, kind human beings. She executed a fade like a conductor and it was a symphony of thumbs up from all my friends and family."
