"Update: Someone else left a nearly identical review so I guess this is how they roll. Second time going, but probably my last. They give good hair cuts, but on 2/4/22 had to walk out and find another shop (Classy Barber) after waiting for 35-40 minutes in the lobby without even being acknowledged. Nobody was in there waiting. Every barber was with someone and it looked like two were on break/lunch at their chairs...which is totally fine but someone could have come out and said "Hello, we're a bit backed up, it's gonna be 45 minutes to an hour". I'd probably still be going there instead of looking for a new place."

"I arrived at 5:45pm and wrote my name on the list .All the barbers were busy so I didn't mind waiting. One by one they finished up and headed straight to the back for some unknown reason. As i was waiting, I'm thinking one of them will eventually come out and take me in. 6:40pm rolls around and by now there's only 3 barbers up front . Two of them are just talking to other one thats still cutting hair. The rest of them were still in the break room or somewhere in the back hiding. So I call out to one the 2 free barbers that are just talking to see if one of the will cut my hair. He says " I'm done for the day". He points to his friend and he says the same thing. 6:45 pm and the other barbers start coming out , one by one, from hiding in the back and they start cleaning there station. Mind you I was the only one in the lobby waiting, in clear view . They all saw me waiting yet nobody came. I understand they might have been tired from cutting hair all day and I would've been more than happy to go somewhere else. All they had to do was communicate that with me .But to have me wait there for over an hour and waste my time is unprofessional and ridiculous."

"We took our 4 year old for a trim of his long hair style. During the visit, the barber and two other barbers got into a verbal argument in front of my child. The guy went to the back and continued to argue with the other barber. On top of that, he completely messed up my sons hair and cut off all his length. This guy was supposed to know how to cut long boys hair. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE AND BARBER RUEL DOESN'T LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU SHOW HIM A SPECIFIC PICTURE AND TELL HIM DO NOT CUT OFF THE LENGTH. Management and owners should reconsider who they hire. We will never be back to this establishment and will not recommend to anyone."
