"I approached this place to ask how much they would charge me to change my rear breaks & very rudely told me to get out the way & that they weren't going to change breaks for the day I just wanted to know how much it was going to be. Anyway I don't recommend this place for the way i was treated & talked to."
"I took my car for alignment, is a 2014 Audi, before going I ask them if they do alignment in this kind of car, they said yes, went to pick it up as soon as I drove out, steering wheel was out of adjustment, returned, they said tires were bad (still they did the alignment without calling me) the owner told me change the tires and bring it back, went back next Saturday, they never show up, shop was close. I knew from the beginning the alignment was bad, I told the owner, I am a mechanic with more than 15 years experience and certified, I told the owner, he just said he had 40 years doing this, no recommend this place."
"I showed up 10 minutes before 8. My truck was in the bay and on the lift within 5 minutes of opening without an appointment. Everyone there was courteous and professional. I felt like it was a fair price and fast service."
"I walked in on a Thursday and they were too busy for an alignment at the time. Which is understandable. I asked if they were open on Saturdays. I was told they are and they open at 8:30 AM. I confirmed it on the website. I show up Saturday 5 min before opening and ended up leaving at 8:35AM. No one ever showed up to open the shop. Be a responsible business. If you're not going to open on a day you're usually open leave a note on the door, say it on your VM, or update it on your Google listing! Don't just leave your customers hanging! There were 4 other cars waiting with me and others showing up as I left. Do better!"
