"Worst service and manager is the worst as well. The employee told us the earrings we were looking at were good for the piercing gun we had. When we got home and tried them out they didnt work so we took them back and the employee said we couldnt return them and called her manager and the manager said no returns as well. That was clearly the employees fault so we got robbed out of our money. Scam place!"

"Did not like customer service whatsoever... the lady named April was so rude... all because I went over to make a return... so what's so wrong with an exchange or a return ... I get them all the time @my store and I'm not rude about it ! Geez can they have better customer service there? Perhaps train you're employees to be nice ! After all they have a job because of us customers!"
