"I have dealt with Wales for years and have enjoyed dealing with them, until the past several months. Had to straighten out the mess. Starting with Wales saying my payment is one thing and it's not, so I under paid, resulting Ina unpaid balance. Second, I got a late charge because Wales didn't post my payment until 4 days later. Said he drop the charge, but failed to enter it, so I've had a late charge rolling over all this time. This also caused banking problems. Now I deal straight to the insurance company it's self. Disappointed., Let down."
