"I appreciate the service but I don’t appreciate the games with scheduling. I had an appointment scheduled and I made it on time to my appointment. Once I got there, I was informed that I would have to be “worked into the schedule” because my appointment wasn’t confirmed. I don’t understand that. If I have an appointment scheduled and I show up, then I should be seen. I’m not understanding the problem. You pay all this money to these businesses and this is how they treat you."

"I am almost 38 years old and this was the best dental experience I've ever had in my life! From the time I went in last week to schedule the appointment till my appointment today. Everything was just wonderful! I didn't have a long wait time. The digital paperwork was simple and quick. The reception staff was absolutely lovely. The dental hygienist Daisy was thee absolute sweetest and best! She listened to all my concerns and was able to convey that to the dentist who didn't make me wait long. They came up with my plan fairly quick! Referred me to her specialist for root canals so that I would get the proper worked done. After that Daisy did an amazing job with my deep cleaning! She made sure I was comfortable and in no pain! She did an extremely thorough job and this is the happiest I've been with my teeth and a very long time! It feels like I have a new set of teeth. I will happily be returning for all of my future dental care!"
