"The manager was nice she helped my husband and I switch from our current policy to a new one that would fit our new vehicle. When I first went the vehicle was still at the dealership so we left with a quote only she told me she will call me before the day ends to make sure I got it, which she did! So that was really nice of her. Only reason why I put 4 starts instead of 5 is because they take long to answer the phones (hence why I had to stop in with my husband). But I think this has to do with a staffing issue rather than the services."
