"I regret ever doing business with this branch. I have been a customer with them going on 4 years and recently added 2 vehicles. They quoted me a price and I never got the price they offered. They claim they sent out beacons for the cars and I and I never received. I had to overpay for 2 months asked about getting a cheaper price and they told me that was not available. I called into customer service and they gave me a better price, sent out a beacon, and they also showed there was no beacon being sent. The office manager Irma Walker was not willing to help and lied about sending me a beacon and changing my price. She didn’t have any empathy for the situation and was clear display lack of accountability."

She sent me an email with all caps and exclamation marks, I told her I will not be yelled at and she advised “nobody is yelling”. She was very rude in the email. I am a customer who was trying to resolve an issue, I never was rude. And I won’t tolerate rude people."
