"Don't go to this location. The service is horrible the manager is never there. There is always someone new there that doesn't know what there are doing. I was suppossed to receive a call from the regional manager and have not. This was Tuesday it's now Friday. They wait until the last minute to call you regayour policy and The manager and agent doesn't not take accountability for what they do wrong. Very horrible customer service."

"I had an absolutely awful experience at this place. Their customer service is abysmal, and they seem to have no regard for their customers time and frustration. Every time I called, I was asked to hold, only to be hung up on after enduring approximately 45 minutes of waiting. It’s infuriating that they don’t have the decency to answer or, if they do, they immediately put you on hold again. I strongly recommend that they either hire more employees to handle customer inquiries promptly or shut down their business entirely. It’s evident that they have no concern for their customers and their experience. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-oriented establishment elsewhere."

"Terrible customer service, I wanted to cancel my insurance policy and she hung up on me midway through. Didn't offer any kind of help regarding the money they will draft 2 days before my policy ends. A different place assured me will try to to cancel draft and will offer to reimburse based on policy not being used. Complete different customer service from here!"
