"The associate that serviced me was very kind. We unfortunately had a hard time communicating. I was left with the impression that I would not get to see the Doctors dental plans for my aligner production unless I gave my credit card information and selected a payment plan. After she could not repull up the terms and agreements, I decided not to proceed. Today I received my dental plans via email with the options to pay when I’m comfortable. Looks like the information she provided me with only created pressure and was unnecessary. It’s definitely a red flag when there is pressure for personal information."

"If I could give them a zero rating I would. I’ve been going back and forth with this company for months asking that they remove my credit card. I do not have an account with them. I made one payment for someone and was assured my info would not be saved. I’ve made 15 requests and they continue to process payments. I was told they couldn’t remove it the first time I made the request. I called back 15 times and each time I was assured my card was removed. I’m now going through the Better Business Bureau for assistance. I will be seeking legal action for the unauthorized charges. After the first payment there should not have been ANY other charges. They may provide ok dental procedures but their customer service and incompetence is unacceptable. If you call and ask that your card to be removed, especially if you don’t have an account with the merchant, it should be a simple fix. Not these guys. As a consumer, if any of us were to use someone’s credit card without authorization, there would be consequences and repercussions. It seems they feel they can do what they want. I shouldn’t have to lock my card or worry if I forget. They don’t even care that the Better Business Bureau is assisting with the issue. I’m fed up with this company and their disregard to the frustration and inconvenience they’ve caused. If they will do this… what else are they capable of… make sure you confirm and double check everything with them. I DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT WOULD PROCESS UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS ON A NON CUSTOMER ACCOUNT THAT THEY’VE BEEN ASKED REPEATEDLY TO REMOVE THE CARD, STOP CHARGING IT, AND CONFIRMED I’M NOT A CUSTOMER -on top of all that, they LIE AND ASSURE ME MY CARD WAS REMOVED."

"The customer service is laughable. I came into the office fully expecting to sign up for smile direct club but the whole experience turned me off so much that I’ve decided against it. The people you come into contact with are not licensed professionals, but sales people. They make it very clear that they are only interested in sales, not you as an individual. Tanya, I’d like to give you some tips. First, when you ask a customer a question, listen to their answer so that you don’t have to ask the same question three different times. This will help your customers feel like you care. Next, if a customer asks a question, don’t be scared of giving them a full answer. This will let the customer know that you know your stuff, you believe in the product, and we won’t have to ask a bunch of follow up questions to get the actual answer that we are looking for. And finally, if a customer states that they won’t be signing up for your services today, don’t immediately switch up your entire personality. Pushing us out the door as soon as we say no only reiterates that you don’t care about your customers unless they are paying your bills. I’m very disappointed in the way the scan appointment turned out, but at least things went south before I spent any money. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere."
