"Called this location to speak to someone about why they suddenly without notice up charged me. No changes to my DL. Just a sudden up charge in my policy. Spoke to a guy named Alex. He was not interested in helping me, and had a condescending attitude. Told him i travel for work and that I am not interested in doing business with Fred loya anymore and to cancel my policy and refund my money since I was charged today. He gave me the run around and eventually told me he would speak to his manager and call me back about canceling it. I wait all day and around 5:45 he calls me back and says there is nothing he can do while clearly trying to quick talk me off the phone. Be warned, Fred loya is not interested in helping or customer loyalty. They are money driven only and by clear and constant instances they screw people over. Also, this location is a definite wrong choice if they have people like Alex under their employ."
