"Extremely hard to work with. Makes mistakes and doesn't show accountability. Fast to charge slow to resolve. My company recently went through a theft of a $75,000 equipment. AJ Morales messed up the paperwork with the declaration pages and when we received the check from the insurance it was made under another company's name. AJ Morales assumed the mistake but has shown extreme negligence to fix this. It's been over 3 months and they still haven't bother to find a solution for this. I am currently suing them for negligence and damages."
