"Service was terrible. Fees are high. Agent would not return my call or e-mails. He gave me a different quote the second time I talked to him which was much higher than the first quote. Mistakes were made on our property description on our home policy. I had to take care of making the corrections since he never responded after the premiums were paid. Did not explain well how their fees are calculated. I would not recommend this service."

"We were with them for several years and in the beginning it was truly an amazing company. They did their best to find us some outstanding quotes for auto and home insurance. In the past three years the company has gone down hill dramatically and we no longer trust their judgment . They seem to no longer try to find you a bundle insurance offer so you can be charged a commission fee for each policy. We will not do business with them because we feel they no longer put the customer's interest first."
