"I work in a law office and have been trying to contact this company for days now. I have not been able to talk to anyone. When i call i get an automated message saying there is a high call volume and they will text me a message to set up a time for a call back. I have also downloaded the app and tried to set up a time to speak on the phone, which i have had no luck. This company seems like a scam. Its under an umbrella company who doesnt even have a working phone number. My advice is spend the extra couple dollars and get real insurance, not this written on a paper napkin insurance."
