"Absolute HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First off I hate to ever write bad reviews but tis one requires one. So fopr starters the "associate" assisting me had no clue what she was doing. After purchasing my wipers she insistedd she instal them because she knew how. Well, thirty minutes later in the middle of a torrential down pour going 70 on he highway the driver side wiper flies off. So, had to drive about 30 mph to nearest autozone and buy ANOTHER NEW PSIR OF WIPERS, i guess autozone threw away the one that was still on. So yesterday I go to o reillys to get a refund and they will only refund me for one and it was likem pulling teeth just to get that one. Called the manager and basically he told me to kick rocks. Asked for my original wiper blades back that they threw away withoutmy permission and he said tough * insert curse word In summary don't go to this place, there employees, except david, have no clue what they are doing and their manager doesw not know the meaning of customer service"
