"Worst customer experience. Called their number to get a quote. The lady on the phone was very rude and after taking all my details, said something like they require flood coverage or something and even without asking me transferred me to a third party called Solid Quote that i haven't even heard off. I told the person on the phone I do not know the company and that I will call back after I do my research and the guy said not to call them back!! Stay away from both companies!!"
"Rip Off!! This people are ripping customers off. I bet not pay $1,452 down payment for no damn insurance, I have NEVER in my 20 years of driving had to pay this much nearly 5x the normal for a downpayment. Never had an at-fault accident, driver record clean! Credit awesome! You people are delusionally stupid. On to the next Quoter! Farm Bureau Great deal!!"
"This insurance company is horrible if you have a claim they will say your committed insurance fraud. Trust me do not waste your money with this company. I had to hire a lawyer for a claim."
"If you get assigned Ana Aguilar run!! She never answers the phone I’ve had to speak to multiple people to help me. Also if Jamie answers the phone she act like she can’t help you. Then when you ask her what department she in she avoids the question. I just want my car back and they aren’t doing anything to help me. The people that are fixing my car are trying to scam the insurance and when you tell them that they don’t want to help you get your car back. I honestly guess that they are okay with being scammed."
"Just reached out to Houston office to get a update for an incident happened in the morning. Unfortunately I had very rude lady on the call. If they don't know how to take of customers, they better stop providing insurance service to anyone in Houston or in usa. Very bad experience!!! I believe she was the same lady that others have mentioned in the reviews. Kendra!!"
