"I originally gave them 5 stars because the staff was nice, they got me in immediately when I lost a veneer and I loved the dentist. However, when I went to the dentist I didn't have my correct ins info so I paid out of pocket. I called back the next day, gave them the information, they filed and received payment from my insurance. I was told my refund would be mailed to me. That was in July. I have called 5 times and was told they would put in a refund request. It has now been 2 months. I was told that it was the region manager's (Jodie) responsibility but they would not give me a phone number to contact her directly. I feel taken advantage of quite honestly. I have worked in a medical office for many years. 30 days is plenty of time for them to refund my money and they were paid in mid-July. Unfortunately, the region manager (Jodie) has tarnished my perception of this office. UPDATE: Finally received a call from Jodie. She left a message that my CareCredit would be refunded. It took 5 phone calls and over 2 months to process the refund and give me a straight answer."
