"went in with my mom and sister to change our policy and we were very unhappy with the customer service, the lady norma melina that helped us seemed annoyed at every question we had & was rude. when we walked in my mom said good afternoon and she just replied go sit down we'll be right with you, didn't even greet us back. it's not hard to be kind. bad customer service."

"Worst experience ever these people are scammers they keep lying about my claim and making me loose money biggest liars out there ive been calling them for the last 15 days to get the update on my claim but no body answer and everytime i go to the office they say i need to call the claim department who dont even pick up they denied the claim 20 days ago and no body sent me any kind of notice now i have to pay extra $450 for being stored at some place i was not aware of 0/10 do not do business with these people"

"I called today and was hung up on after sitting on eternal hold by Angela. Called back and explained what happened, and received a haphazard apologize from Amberlee, (not sure if this is correct because she moved her mouth from the phone so I could hear it for sure, but this is what it sounded like). Their process is antiquated and their customer service is awful. I'm a Director in customer service so I'm very mindful of customer service. Theirs is some of the worst I've had. All I wanted was an itemized quote and they couldn't handle that. Looking for a new plan now."

"Great company but ran by employees that either haven’t received proper customer relations training or just wanted to go home for the day. Not only are the employees rude but wait until you hear how the manager responds, which is probably the reason for the employees actions. You man want to drive out of your way to go to another Fred Loya rather than feeling uncomfortable."
