"I went into Sephora today feeling really insecure about my face. I’ve recently been dealing with pregnancy hormones and a staff infection. Now that it has clear up a bit I’m having to completely replace all of my makeup. I was helped by a gentleman named Jonathan. He was super sweet and patient. He made me feel like he cared about my personal issue and even gave me a personal recommendation. He definitely showed passion for his job. "This Sephora is really sad :-( this isn’t to any fault of the employees, they have always been welcoming and helpful, it’s the store itself. recently remodeled but they never have a single thing in stock. I know that it’s the holiday season currently but it’s been this way for a while now. The store looks totally cleared out every time I come shop here."
"When entering this store, I walked by 4 store associates looking for a certain product. When I got to the back of the store, I had to approach 2 other associates sitting behind the counter and ask if they had the product. In which the associate said “ you passed it, we don’t have any.” The store was empty, no other customers. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service was extremely disappointing! No apology given, no offer to order for me and no “thanks for coming in”. You should not be in a customer service role if this is how you treat customers!"
"Worst experience ever. Went in to buy multiple products (they were out of stock). Still shopped around but felt extremely uncomfortable when an employee constantly asked if I was doing ok every 5 min. Felt like I was being followed around and ended up cutting my shopping short because of it. (Still ended up spending $200 when I should of left and gone to the other location)"
