"r was that they wouldn't use the photos I sent them for copywriter issues. Okay, considering I sent much of the same the first go around almost a month prior, that particular inhibition would've been great to know way before. All this time my 6 year old couldn't be gifted his birthday gift because these guys have had the kart for almost 3 weeks. Fast forward to the 11th and I had heard NOTHING to follow up and am pretty convinced they had no intention to competently it seriously work on my project, so I sent an email with the issues I had and my intention to cancel the project and pick up the kart. My wife picked it up while I was at work and Reed didn't even have the decency to try to clear up the issues or even apologize for the delay or sheer incompetence exhibited during this entire almost month long waste of time. I don't know who usually utilizes this company for work, but if this is how they treat customers, I wouldn't recommend anyone use them ever with anything more serious or expensive. Especially if communication or competence is sought after. If you do decide to use them, good luck. You're going to need it."

"Wrapped my Cadillac and did an amazing Job! Hubbal is the best wrap specialist in town and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise. Can't wait for them to move to their new location. These guys are going places."
"Try to get them to make signage for my truck. Went by they took pics of what I had and were going to make a new sign for me. Told them I needed it before the next weekend was told this would be no problem. Did not hear from them again. Called them on Wednesday and was told they would get back in touch shortly. Never heard from them again. I called after lunch on Thursday and no one answered the phone, left a voicemail and still heard nothing from them. My small job was not even worth a phone call. Sad way to do business. I guess all the 5 star reviews are from multimillion dollar customers. Small guy just don't matter."
