Kim listens and gives you what you want, but also consults and helps you make good decisions. She's reliable and consistent, fair in her pricing, personable, trustworthy, talented, honest, and all around a great hair dresser!! Her studio is clean and appealing, she uses and sells great products, and she has snacks and beverages to boot. I now take my daughter to her and if I had to bet, she'll grow up being as committed to Kim as I am.
