"I was referred to by a friend to go to Maci so I had booked with her almost 2 months in advance (July 29th) because I needed Saturday availability due to my work schedule. We had a set time and date for September 23rd and today, September 12th, she lets me know she has to cancel. She asks me if I have any other day I can come and when I laid out my schedule she told me she couldn’t get me in till the end of October now. It is incredibly hard to get in anywhere on a Saturday and now I have less than 2 weeks to figure something out which is nearly impossible. I understand that things come up but I would’ve like to have been offered another solution or for her to work with my schedule because of the inconvenience I’m being put in. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be booking with her nor will I be recommending others to go to her. Very unprofessional."
