"If I could choose no star I would, however, I am forced to choose a star in order to leave my review. I have used Amco insurance in the past with no problems with their insurance company nor with their previous employees. It is unfortunate that this time around their employee's were very unprofessional and lack the skills/training of customer service and knowledge of their insurance policies and payments. They quoted me one amount at first then a different amount with the extra amount able to be paid by cash app. I found it very skeptical and decided that Amco insurance was not for me anymore. Hopefully, they make the changes necessary to provide others with a better experience."
