"I didn't feel listened to by my stylist with my concerns over how many times she was repeatedly passing the blow dryer through the same small strands of hair. I told her I was more concerned about the heat damage she was giving me as she was blow drying the same already dry strands at least 10 times over. I think the stylists can benefit from learning good hair blowout technique to preserve hair health as much as possible and avoid unnecessary additional damage. I take a lot of care of my hair and came to this location for a quick blowout, but left with my hair feeling dry and damaged. I do not recommend"
"My experience on the Blo Blow Dry Bar on the RGV location was truly wonderful. The girls are super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Apart from great customer service, my hair stylist, Crystal is very talented and made my hair looked absolutely beautiful! Usually my curls never stay due to my thin hair but with the amazing work that crystal did for my hair, my curls stayed all day! Please go support this new salon here in the RGV, you definitely won’t regret it! The pictures speak for themselves, the work is truly wonderful!"
