"They told me my shoes would be ready on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. I went to pick them up on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, they were not ready and they did not notify me. I drove there and the guy could not even locate my order. They were finally ready on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. I previously asked for a discount due to shoes not being ready. He have me a 50% discount for the next time. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED, because I feel like I should have received the discount on the order that wad over a week behind."

"A month ago I brought my suitcase here for the zipper to be reattached. I came to pick it up and they changed one zipper and left the other which did not fit and it broke eventually. I brought it back to tell them that the zipper does not fit and in result broke the original zipper that was not damaged. The associate looked me dead in the face and said nothing is wrong with it and I can still use it. I told him why didn’t they just fix both so it can match and he said I have to pay additional if I wanted it even if it is not my fault. I’m requesting a refund from my bank because they’re wanting to get a run around. They’re better placed than this place, they ruin your shoes and suitcases!"
"If I could I'd give this place 0 stars. I came in to have my favorite heels fixed. The guy in the shop was not very friendly and kind of cut me off as I was talking. I told him I needed the heels fixed. He took them and gave me the receipt. Came in a few weeks later, picked them up and it is my fault for not looking at them before I left but I was in a hurry and would have thought they would have fixed the leather on the heels. NOPE!!! Charged me $35 to basically sharpie in a pink color to match my heels!!! I am not happy and will not go into any Shoe Hospital if this is what they call "repairing""
