"The shoe selection is amazing. However, the time and effort to get a pair is shoes isn't worth it to me. It took 45mn to try on 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair had 2 left shoes and the other pair were too narrow (not their fault of course). I wasn't about to wait another 30mn to the correct shoes and try them on again."

"Had an exceptional experience at this Dick’s sporting goods store in Katy Texas. So clean and neat. So many options. We took my daughter’s new softball glove in to get it broke in a little more. The young man behind the counter who helped us and did the work on the glove was so nice and had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. I appreciate his professionalism. We will definitely be back to this store."

"Good clean store easily navigated. Naturally a good selection and ability to on spot order anything not here. Staff is generally helpful and pleasant. This store is usually always pretty busy so the staff being helpful and nice is a pleasant surprise. Pricing could be a bit better but not too shabby for a one stop instant buy if needed. All sports from wrestling to soccer to football, it's all here. Additionally skiing and boating stuff sprinkled in with camping and hiking. Good place to spend a couple hours browsing the nice selections. Love our local sports store!"
