"The worst shopping experience ever. We went there on Apr 2 for the first time and liked two pairs of shoes, bought one and ordered the second pair ( since they were out of stock on size 7). He told me I will get it within a week by mail, which is normal. But I didn't get it, I checked my order number through the website and couldn't find any info, so I called the store on Apr 8 and tried to talk to a manager. couldn't talk to a manager but he told me I have to wait and call the store back after 12 days. when I asked him to talk to the manager he told me she is not there. I waited and called them back on Apr 13 and again when I asked them to talk to a manager I got the same answer. called them on Apr 14, guess what? got the same answer. they just saying the same answer that manager is not there and I have to talk to the manager to solve the issue. I called them on Apr 16, at 3 pm. she wasn't there but he told me she will be back in 15 min. so I called them after about 25 min. she was there I talked to her and explained my problem she got my info and told me that she will call me back. She didn't call me back and I called the store at 5 pm James answered and told me she is busy with another customer and I explained my problem again( for a thousand time) he put me on hold and Paige (Manager) came and told me that they going to mail it to me tomorrow!!! I asked her you guys want to mail it tomorrow after 2 weeks!! and when I asked her about the reason after saying some nonsense things she told me SOMETIMES HAPPENS.I am just sorry for myself that spend my energy and my time at your store. this was my first, worst and last shopping experience with Clarks."
