"My husband bought his shoes and belt for our wedding at Allen Edmonds at Willowbend, and he has purchased many other pairs of shoes there as well. The store manager, Russ, is always very friendly, goes out of his way to assist us or provide guidance when needed, and provides fantastic customer service. The shoes are very high quality, and aside from his Nikes or Adidas, he buys pretty much all of his shoes here. They're built to last and make anything you're wearing look good. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable and have made lifelong customers out of us."

"Great customer service! I spent a good deal of time researching Allen Edmonds and decided to purchase some. I live 200 miles away from the Plano store, but it's the nearest to my house, so I decided to make the trip to get a proper fitting. I purchased two pairs of shoes and wore them for some time before realizing they didn't quite fit right. I was disappointed and reached out to see if anything could be done, and was told that I would need to come back to the store. While not the most convenient option, I'm glad I did. Russ re-evaluated my feet and suggested a different size and I was able to exchange both pairs! I was so excited that he was able to find the perfect fit for me, I ordered some walnut Strands while I was there!!! The bottom line is that the company stands by their products, and their employees stand by their work. I recommend them to anyone."
