"During our stint with this company and had the displeasure of canceling a couple of policies, of which i was expecting some form of refund or credit to my account, for the advance payment of the policy. It was never received or mentioned. Second issue was the charge of $28.00 for change of address which was charged as "change of zip code". The change in question, was from one P O Box to another. It was in the same building at the same zip code. The only change was the bill from the insurance agency and the size of the box, which was four rows up. i cannot believe that an unfair charge can be made in such a manner from a corporation of this size."
