"I wrecked my car 3/13. I hit something in the road that gashed my transmission. I was stranded out of town for a week before they sent an adjuster. And you can't get a rental until you see the adjuster and he agrees to cover the damages. I had to pay for tow. The adjuster started a car with no oil and transmission fluid. So now its totalled. May 3rd and still no settlement because fred loya low balled my car after running it and now gap has refused the offer. And the adjuster has been dodging me all month. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spend 300 dollars a month for 4 years and this is how they treat a customer. Scam artists."

"I remember when I was 17 my cousin hit a parked car with my car and I had Fred Loya insurance at the time. Well they threaten me by saying they would not pay the damages on the other car even though legally you can let someone borrow your car and they still are liable. Why go with an insurance that will threaten you if something happens. I would go with Geico not only are they cheaper, reliable and treat you right."
