"Been having insurance with Amax for a couples of years. Purchased a new vehicle & called to get added to my insurance & was going to be charged an outrageous price & the lady on the phone was unprofessional. I called around & found a company that was cheaper but almost half what they was trying to charge me so I switch to them. Went to cancel my insurance with Amax & they charged me a $55 cancellation fee & had no choice but to pay it because I have my payment drafted out my bank account every month & I wasn’t going to be paying to insurance companies. Know who you do business with & what the policies are before doing business with them especially when you are a loyal customer."
"I was in the office today to try and get insurance and could not stand the heat. The air conditioning was not work those poor girls are still maintaining a good attitude despite the fact that the office is entirely too hot they were physically sweating and still were very helpful and friendly. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE AC HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!? That to me is unsafe it was 102 degrees outside today the office felt so much hotter! I Can't believe Amax would allow that even happen I was so uncomfortable I can’t imagine the women working there must have felt so much worse working from 9 am to 7 pm is entirely too long to be working in that heat. Smh"
