They welcome you with smiles and take time to help figure out any problems that you need. There's rarely any long waiting because the staffs are on time with each appointments. There's diversity as well, from English, to Spanish, to Vietnamese. Every time I'm scheduled, they would check up on me and ask if anything is wrong.
