"took my son here back in October of 2023 he was supposed to get some referrals and when we left they said we would get a call regarding the referrals, I called back in December nothing, it is now 2024. Why on earth has it taken this long to get some referrals? California Has better care staff and doctors."

"I e always been with dr knight & I always loved and still love dr. Knight for my kids ! She’s extremely passionate about her job and always helpful but she has new staff and they’re horrible. One nurse pulled on my daughters shirt. When she could’ve just told her where to stand when taking an eye exam. Then before that my son went in for blood work and they were moving the needle inside his arm. I won’t be going back after all these years. Unless she brings back her old staff back, I loved her old staff too!"
"Dr. Knight is wonderful but the support staff is make or break for your practice and the reception staff are literally breaking her practice. We took off work to take our baby to the doctor and had a confirmed appointment for 12:45 on a Friday and when we got to the clinic we were informed that the clinic was closed for lunch and to come check in at 1:00. When we returned to check in we were told that we did not have an appointment and told to wait before they finally told us that they could not see us today. The receptionist blamed it on a misunderstanding stating that the system does not allow a 12:45 booking as if I know how their system works. There was no appointment booked for my daughter at all. We ended up going to urgent care and having to pay an out of pocket cost three times the amount of what we would have paid for this sick visit as it is impossible to get an appointment for a Friday afternoon at the last minute, thus their incompetency cost us dearly. It’s never again for me!"
"My wife loves Dr Knight. Staff is great. Waiting area is always clean. Not so many crazy papers to have to fill out, just plenty of reading as usual but no hassle. Love this office!"
