No one wants to come to a place like this because no one wants their car damaged. This entire team made sure I knew what to expect. They kept in great communication with me. They went as far to make sure I had a ride to the rental car and checked in my rental car for me when I was done. I brought my car dirty because I didn't have time to wash it beforehand. Great customer service and craftsmanship. Unfortunately I had an issue with the ignition a month after the repair. "Getting in an accident before the holidays is a big Inconvenience. Having deal with insurance claims and repair facilities Isn’t what I had in mind before the holidays either. I stopped by to get my first and only estimate for my insurance by far the best experience I’ve had hands-down, the guy Mark seem very experienced of knowledge, and even based off a visual estimate got pretty good ballpark numbers that the insurance was happy to work with, once I get settled into my rental, I’ll make sure to leave it with someone who knows his way around the industry and putting the customer first.
