"Terrible. Brought my dad in for dinner. Waiter was fine but the food was bad. Fettuccini Alfredo was super runny almost like soup with zero flavor. Owner and his partner were crowding our side of the restaurant and towards the end of our meal I had to wait 15 minutes without a drink because owner decided to sit down at a table for a free meal and distract our waiter so I wasn’t able to enjoy a drink with my meal. First time I brought up the issue not my waiter stated “Oh, well he’s the owner.” Really? So because the owner wants to distract my waiter and bother him I have to wait at my expense. Terrible. Finally an actual manager with glasses walked up and I explained the situation and he agreed. Bad customer service on the owners part and I see why the place is quiet. First and last time here. I was owed more as a customer."

"So the guy that answered the phone told me since I ordered it through door dash yall aren’t responsible for it. I spent a ton of money on my order and to be told that is unacceptable. The crab claws were overcooked, the garlic bread was soggy (no cheese on it.) also shrimp scampi had no flavor. It’s funny though I guess “Door dash” is responsible for how you cooked your food or how it taste. Good to know. Can’t even take responsibility for how your food taste. Almost 100.00 out the window."

"We had a terrible experience at this Plano location. The food was so-so to nearly inedible. The Calamari appetizer was really the only slight standout. It had nice breading and was fried well. However, my Chicken Parmigiana was burnt and bland. My wife's Vodka Sauce with Pasta (chicken) was better but still unseasoned. The atmosphere is nice if a bit cramped. Most unpleasant was the blast of freezing cold air that blew through the dining room any time someone opened the front door. Stay away from this location!"

"Bartender was terrible at waiting on customers. After the first glass of wine never came back to pour the bottle. Left dirty dishes in front of us long past dinner. Never even picked up the menu. Disappeared to the back. Not attentive at all. This has been a good place in the past but seams to have slipped in the food and definitely the service. Veal was quite tough and the pasta not much flavor. Probably will stick with the pizza and another location. Pizzas are always good."

"It's not mind blowing, but if you love Italian food, it will be authentic. I'm not crazy about this restaurant, but the food is very unique. I ordered the Veal Scaloppini with Marsala sauce and a meat lovers pizza Togo. The Veal was okay, the breading on it was mushy, but the noodles with the sauce tasted really good. You can definitely taste the wine and because of that it's VERY SWEET. It was way too sweet for me, so I had to dump a lot of salt on it then it tasted good. They have complimentary salads and omg it was SO GOOD. The dressing was amazing, it's a perfect salad. The pizza was the best part, I absolutely loved it, it tastes amazing, the dough is thin crust style, but it's not crunchy, it's soft like regular pizza and tasted amazing, I'm thinking it's sourdough or something. It's not Americanized Italian food, it is authentic, so it may not appeal to everyone, but definitely worth the try. I will come back for the pizza!"
