"After going there multiple time before, I went the other day and my hair was messed up and completely different than what I asked for . When reaching out regarding my complaint, I was told that it was NON refundable and she could re-tone it ...After being so disappointed, I took the loss and decided to not go back so it could be messed up more . Make sure you get what you want out of your hair especially for the price you pay! Paid to much money for my hair to be messed up!!"
