"I’ve been coming here for quite a while…and I always left happy until today. For context, I’ve probably spent close to $1000 at this location. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in a long time due to being busy with work. Today I had some free time so I went for a full set again. I get acrylic and gel polish. This time, my acrylic was filed down incredibly thin, a middle finger was ground completely down on one side. I had to ask him to re-do it. He did and it ultimately took about two hours start to finish. I work from home and HAD to get back, didn’t have all day to spend here. I ended up leaving with a couple crooked nails, bulges of acrylic on almost all of my nails, bad paint job, AND had to pay the full amount minus a five dollar discount. I’ve come to love this location and I’m not one to complain, but getting nails done is expensive… and to have to leave after paying nearly full price for them was pretty upsetting. I didn’t have time to stay another two hours for them to fix them, and I don’t know if I have time to come back tomorrow to get them fixed. I just wanted a refund… UPDATE: I went back the next morning (today) and the supposed owner (Holly) said they would not fix them. She said because of my review, the techs were “scared”. I’m just sharing my experience, and voiced that I’ve been satisfied with my service every other time. Never complained, always tipped. I’m currently at Genova down the street and they are helping to fix them! Thankful for that. My advice, be mindful when coming here. While the techs are fabulous almost always, this experience and the way Holly handled it really solidified my choice not to return. FYI, I was still denied a refund. Editing again to reply to owner: I don’t know what you think I did to your technician. He applied the acrylic, then ground it almost completely off to the point my nails were flimsy. I pointed it out to him and he re-did the acrylic, and this time, left them so thick and wide that they looked like duck feet. He asked if I was satisfied at the end and I said no, but I didn’t have time to stay as I needed to get back to work. I had spent two hours there up to that point. I have a job. Other technicians were amazed that you refused to fix this. They’re clearly horrible and you and everyone else in there knew this. Charging me $50 for this is just sad."

"Have gone here twice and loved the experience each time! I’ve been to popular nail salons around Houston but nothing beats the service here. The entirety of staff are always kind and accommodating! Had my Christmas nails done for this year with Alex and although they did not carry the specific red in an inspiration nail picture I had in my phone, Alex nailed the art with a similar color the store had! Alex is a perfectionist, making sure the design was as best as he could get it to be and is such a lovely person! Will always be coming here now. (Inspo is the picture with the gold rings)"
