"If I could give zero stars I would! This place doesn’t take accountability for their services! I went in for a acrylic full set and 2 days later my polish started coming off. I went there the following business day to inform them of the problem, they took pictures and offered to fix them same day but I made it CLEAR that I couldn’t stay due to a busy work week and I would TRY to come Friday of that week after work. I called to inform them that I wouldn’t be able to make it after all due to my work schedule and I rescheduled for the following Monday; well unfortunately I caught the flu and was down 10days before I could make it back. I went today for a removal to have my nails redone and also for a pedicure because I understand mistakes happens however, i asked will I receive a discount from the last service and was told NO because the grace period for my correction had past. Do get me wrong, I understand policies etc but life happens! Not only do I tip 20% for my services, I was willing to pay for additional services today only to be told that I wouldn’t be compensated in no way for my service 3 weeks ago. They didn’t take into account that it was an inconvenience for me to have to go back due to this matter! I live in humble and use this nail salon for back up because I work in the area, but never again will I spend another dime at this place!"

"When I went in this establishment I was pleased at first, a young woman welcomed me and asked if i’d like a hand warmer. I was taken in very quick. Everything was going great, until the nail tech informs me if I want a little bit of a deeper french tip it’s 10 extra dollars. After I asked her why it was such an up charge for a small detail, she tells me it’s a lot harder to do, which I found pretty funny. After I asked her, she handled me very poorly, with unnecessary force. Including my $5 tip, my total was $75. I love my nails and I had high hopes for this place but I will not be coming back."

"When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this job they said the only solution was to take it off in order to avoid having to pay for the service. I was cut multiple times during the service and did not receive an apology. Will not return."

"I travel a lot and go to many different salons in many different states. This salon is wonderful! Best pedicure I have ever had! Foot and shoulder massage, oranges, milk bath, Hot stones and much more! Also- salon is the most efficient salon I have ever been in. While getting my pedicure they simultaneously did my dip nails. Brandon was very thorough and did a wonderful job! There were 19 pedicure chairs and they were all full! Lots of employees- walking around making things run smoothly! Upon arriving Katie immediately approached me asking what I would like and sat me at a station right away. Another person offered me a beverage. Do not hesitate to fo here! ❤️❤️❤️ thank you Genova Nails!"
