"Don't get your haircut here especially by the short, Hispanic older woman. She doesn't hear anything that you say all she says is it is it's OK and she completely ruined my hair with the first cut of the scissors. Therefore I had to get all my hair cut to fix what she did, my hair is past my hips. I went in to get my hair, cut a long layer around my face. Why she cut it the way she did is beyond me. I will never go here again and I recommend do not go there because the other lady that's working that supposed to be a manager just sits there and watches everything And then charge me extra because my hair was long keyword is was they shouldn't of charge me at all since they ruined my hair"

"Walked in, asking questions- Black chicken had an attitude and wasn't busy( sitting at the register idol- I felt as if I wasn't Welcomed , o and I am Black as well. It wasn't Felicia as I know her. If Felicia can't do my hair, I definitely won't go back until a new stylist is Hired."
"I used to go here back when Anna, Yolanda and the other stylists were here and had good experiences. Sadly, all the stylists are gone and just the manager is left and she is very rude. I tried multiple times over the course of three weeks to get a trim and every time, she had an excuse why she couldn't cut my hair! Even when the salon was completely empty, she would still refuse to cut my hair. Like someone else said, she will make you wait or refuse to cut your hair, then take a walk in after you. I don't know what the manager's problem is, but I will never go back here again."
"I came here at 7:00pm and she was cutting someone hair. I seen it closes at 8pm the lady makes me wait which is fine but then another customer comes in and takes him instead. And then tells me to go across the street because she won't have time to cut my son hair. How rude."
