"While traveling, I had a coolant leak in my radiator. My service tech, Jeylin, was very helpful, professional, and friendly! Everyone I talked to was nice and willing to point you in the right direction! The management did the right thing and replaced a part that was damaged during radiator replacement. I'm very satisfied and glad I used this Hyundai dealer."

"I went to the parts department to find the starter. They never answer the phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While thinking about how to contact them, I sent an email. Still no answer. Then, I called the information desk and asked them to answer the phone and tell me, but it was no use. If the owner of this dealer reads this, he will be furious."

"Terrible experience. Parts does not talk with service. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and bought a part before the appointment. During booking, confirmed by the telephone assistant that all ok. Arrived 09h00 am, by 4pm no reply, I called nothing done in 7 hours and informed that part not available."

"Called about bringing my car in for Recall work. Actually spoke with someone on the phone which was impressive. But then they said a service person would have to call me back. I don’t understand why if I asked for the service department and I got the service department why the person who answered the service phone number couldn’t help me. Makes no sense. No one ever called me back."

"I scheduled an appointment for 1. After waiting for 45 minutes I was told it would be another 30 minutes until the car repairs began because there wasn’t a lift available. I was then encouraged to walk- in early morning/opening to avoid a wait. Isn’t that the reason for making an appointment?? Staff was friendly. Waiting space was small but clean. I waited far too long for someone that had an appointment."
