"First time here. Walked in and the place was nice and clean. They did an amazing job. Definitely coming back"

"Bad service! I came in to get a pedicure and a gel polish. When I walked in there were 5 employees all sitting around. I was the first person there, so I figured they’ll be able to take their time and provide great service since no one is there. Nope! I was wrong! One person worked on my feet and the other did my nails. As the technician was doing my nails I noticed she messed up on the gel polish. I saw she noticed as well and thought she would fixed it but she quickly put my hand in the UV and tried to brush it off. I told her the nail was messed up and she said “No your nails are just uneven” so I showed her how it was already coming up compared to the other ones so she put another coat and said now your nail is fine. She proceeded to rush through my nails as if there were people waiting to be serviced. Eventually people started to come in so she tells the lady doing my feet she needs to hurry. Mind you there are still other technicians not working. Once she was done with my feet instead of giving me the fake flip flops so I can go sit and dry they left me just at the pedicure chair. I timed myself t make sure my feet were dry. Eventually more people started to come in so she told the lady that did my feet to put my shoes on so I can leave. I told her to make sure my feet were dry! Because I’m not leaving if they’re not. Fortunately they were because I was ready to leave! Once I got in my car I looked at my nails and saw how there were bubbles and the nails just weren’t done correctly. The next day my nails were already peeling! If I wasn’t going out of town I would’ve returned so they could fix them! I will not be returning and I recommend people find somewhere else to go!"

"Went to get my nails fixed,(because they were done horribly before by them, the 3 they replaced were sticking straight up with pockets collecting dirt under their. they painted them the wrong color (even after I mentioned its not the right color) not to mention way to thick and lines in the paint. Not coffin shape like I wanted nor are they Tiffany blue. Definitely way to thick. I wasted more $$$ trying to get then fixed. I liked them better before even with the multiple flaws!! Smfh I'm out $150 couldn't even get proper nails! Never again. Now I'm stuck trying to get these off. Wish I would have kept them the way they were even with pockets and broken nail after 2 days. Their soooo thick they won't fit in my acrylic nail trimmer. I don't know if they were done worse on purpose because they said they'd fix them or what but it appears that way!"
