"Called to make an appointment for my 13 year old daughter’s hair cut. Was told it would be $18. After a the cut which Jane did not even do the cut the way we described, after we showed her a video and pictures, charges us $55. When asked her for a price breakdown she said the price did not include shampoo and style?!!! You’re telling me $40 for that? My daughter left in tears because it didn’t look the way she wanted it. Augh never coming back to these crooks again! I am so upset with this dishonest business practice. I don’t mind paying the price, but state an accurate price up front and do the cut the way it was asked."
"Bina did my haircut, highlights, Brazilian blowout and eyebrows. She did a great job, gets 5 stars for all of it! The 4 stars is for the salon itself. It is clean, prices are fair but was not informed that there is a 3% convenience fee for credit cards when making my appointment."

Original review: If the rating was on personality alone, it would be 5 star for Bina. However, I spent well over $400 and 5 hours here yesterday for hair that looks nothing like what I had asked for. I ended up with an all over highlight with visible transitions instead of the more subtle highlight I had shown a picture of. Also tone is way off. I am really disappointed, I wanted to love this place"
