"I used to come here all the time. The place is clean and the massages are amazing. However this last time I got shellac it started to crack within a couple of days. I called to cancel my next appointment because of this and they didn’t even offer to fix it. It bothers me because I have been going for a while now, it could have been fixed and I never had that issue there before. I for an apology or offered to get another technician for my next appointment but the issue was not resolved. Their eyebrow jobs are very good however a new popsicle stick is not used with each dipping in the wax."

"The location is beautiful and very spacious. The service was subpar, to say the least. I am a short nailed girl who loves a luxurious manicure. I was expecting a real treat and this place LOOKS like it would fit the bill. I was so wrong. My tech performed all the basics such as nail filing, cuticle trim etc...but absolutely nothing luxurious. My massage was maybe 1 min if even per arm...it was really just to rub lotion on them. She painted on 1, yes 1 coat of polish and told me I was finished. I was left stunned. This place is so overpriced and underwhelming."

"I came here yesterday because of the good reviews just to leave here disappointed because I was not satisfied with my nails I was so upset because not only did I spend 53 dollars for just short basic nails that I could of went somewhere else and paid like 25 dollars don’t get me wrong this place is beautiful customer service is great but the lady I went to is named Tiffany and she just doesn’t know how to do tips . Both of my thumbs weren’t the same size there’s still black on my cuticles that she didn’t clean properly I should of went to other person because everybody nails looked so cute and then me on the other hand paying 53 dollars for it to look like a 5 year old did it"

"My first time visiting on 8/4/21 and upon entry I was told to wash my hands and I was fine with that and went to the bathroom to thoroughly do so. Once I returned I had to ask where to go next and there were several people waiting. Got my colors and sat down with Alexa. She was very quiet which is fine, offered me a drink and asked me again what service I was getting. Placed my feet in cold water and proceeded to give me “just ok” service. I had to ask a few times for her to do this or that but I noticed that she was applying several layers of polish…I no expert but it seemed to thick to ever dry. I corrected a few errors as we went but then she would just ignore and keep going. Finally when she finished I say in front of the fan for maybe 35 plus minutes(I had a conference call and everything). So I put my shoes on and paid, walked out the door looked down and there were imprints of my shoes on my big toes…instead of asking for all the small errors to be fixed I went back and asked for the large errors to be fixed. She was with someone else, didn’t acknowledge me just gave the polish to someone else Maya to assist and again, this tech was light hearted but never engages with me but did speak another language to Alexa and someone else and laughed. When she finished fixing the big toes she started fanning herself with the paper shoes instead of my toes, I asked her how long should I wait for it to dry she said 30 min. So here I am sitting again for another 30 min and then this…"
