"Today our experience was great,with the technicians that we had. Previously I had an experience with a very rude lady doing my pedicure today they tried to get her to do my service and I said No, so then the tech and receptionist walked away laughing and let me tell you our family has been coming here for years. Never again. I don't appreciate being laughed at when I clearly felt uncomfortable with a situation. Professionalism goes a long way and I was a lady and carried on with the appointment but word of mouth travels fast."

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment, Cinderella Nails and Spa (Kirby Location). Unfortunately, it was one where professionalism and effective communication were largely absent. I would like to highlight a specific issue regarding incorrect record keeping, poor customer service and incompetent front desk employees. Contrary to what was noted in my customer profile. I was accused of habitually canceling appointments- three to be exact, when I have only made two appointments with Ken. One that he actually did my nails and the one I am referring to now. I arrived early (3:30pm) for a 4pm appointment, only to be told that the person I made an appointment for- Ken, was unavailable. When I asked to speak to him directly to find out why- he approached with an attitude. I asked why he would not be available for my appt (which I was early for) and he stated that I "always book with Gina" and that I cancelled three times and he noted my account. I expressed that he may be confusing me with someone else, and that he was wrong but he was adamant that it was me. If this was true why was I never confronted...on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd alleged occurrence? Also, if he did put a note in the file why would the front desk rep make an appointment for me? The treatment I received from your staff member, Ken, was quite disappointing. He exuded a disagreeable demeanor that detracts from the warm and welcoming environment one would expect at a nail salon. Moreover, it was disappointing to find out that Ken posted notes in my customer file about these allegations without my knowledge, let alone he NEVER addressed me directly about these so-called 'issues'. As a paying customer, I do not believe that this is a fitting manner in which to handle matters. Everyone deserves respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, I did not receive that at your salon. Due to these unfavorable interactions, I feel compelled to confirm that I will NEVER step foot in Cinderella Nail Salon or spend another dime there! In spite of the aforementioned incidents, I would like to commend Gina for her work. She performs her work with finesse and professional aptitude. Regrettably, her excellent services have been overshadowed by the issues encountered with your front desk operations. It underlines the importance of ensuring your staff is competent and equipped with the right skills to manage customers effectively. Adding insult to injury, the need for me to drive more than 20 minutes to your location resulted in unnecessary waste of my time. Customer experience, especially in the beauty industry, should entail relaxing and professional experiences. Regrettably, mine was far from such. For future reference: ask questions, rather than making accusations as you were WRONG and have now lost a customer. I hope that you take these matters seriously to prevent other customers from experiencing similar displeasure."

"I never write reviews but wow. Worst experience ever! When I walked in the nail tech was on FaceTime with her boyfriend which is extremely unprofessional. That should have been my warning to leave but I decided to stay. I ended up getting a gel manicure and three days later 8 out of 10 nails had chipped and broken. I called and sent pictures. They set an appointment for me to come fix it. After driving all the way to my appointment they told me they will only offer me 20% off. How disgusting not to stand behind your work and fix your mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to the MANY other nail salons in the area. I will never be back and if you read this review you should look elsewhere."

"God, this place sucks. Super rude, didn’t give a drink even after they asked and I said sure for a coke. Had to ask after they were done for some water. My friend told them what she wanted but the lady kept trying to push her to get a gel mani even though she said no 3 times. She then said no to the mani altogether out of frustration. She got an upgraded pedicure, when she told them that the dead skin was not taken off, they wanted her to pay more for a deeper scrub even though she has already said yes to an more expensive, upgraded pedicure so she could get a deeper scrub. My nails are not even, and had to ask them to fix two of the nails that weren’t covered in polish properly. All I had was a regular pedicure, not too hard to do. Would’ve done a better job at home myself and saved 30 bucks. So many better places to choose from in the area, you’ll regret going here."
