"My hair professional at this location at Pearland, next to Hwy. 288 is Ms. Michelle. She has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. Her service is excellent, and she is very professional and friendly. I recommend this location. Update - Ms. Michelle is not there anymore. This time Nicky cut my hair. She was really good, and I hope she will cut my hair every time I come. Thank you for your outstanding service, Nicky!"
"Came in asked for a medium fade even showed pics of how I want my hair based off of a photo of me with the correct haircut and she started to give me a high n tight which is far from the same verbal and visial description, so I stopped and asked what’s going on she said she blended it, and that oh well she already started then I pulled my phone out to leave this review and she stopped and just stood back and just waited there doing nothing then stated something about taking pictures which I was definitely not doing , i would not want a photo of this atrocity of a so called professional haircut in my phone let alone posted on a review, I then asked for a manager they stated no one is here in charge out of three stylist so I asked for the lead which they stated they don’t have so I asked for the lady out of the other two that has been there the longest so we will see how it goes from here"
"I have curly hair so I knew that I needed it to be longer so I asked for 1/2 an inch off the top and Sophia proceeded to cut more than I wanted. I told her that I wanted it shorter but she kept on cutting more off the top. And now that it’s dried up my hair is above my eyebrows where before it was at eye level."
"Great haircut and happy kiddo are what you must first hear. I like the ease of getting on their website and signing in to minimize the wait. The staff at this location is talented and attentive."
"Will never come back here again. I got my hair cut and it came out uneven. There were many patches that were long and the lady didn't see them. She was rushing and didn't take her time to check. I didn't see the patches until I got home. I have to ask my sister to even my hair. I was planning to go back and complaint but the place is closed for the day. The lady did not have experience in cutting hair."
