"I went here today to get my acrylics off and get a manicure after. Got my acrylics off… the lady hurt my nails because she was trying to rush during the soak off process. I was charged for a manicure which I had asked for but all the lady did was soak off my acrylics and paint my nails… thats not a manicure. Not to mention that my nails were bumpy. Also, not once was I offered something to drink (the other people there were offered drinks more than once). I will not be back."

"This place is a jewel! I came to Texas on a work trip and had no reference of a good place for nails. Went into Google to look at the top rated spots and Q Art Nails & Spa was open!! Even though I was the last customer in, Jenny and her team took care of me and made it an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone was nice to me, starting at the reception desk I was greeted with kindness and made feel comfortable. They even helped my indecisive self to pick a color and it came out beautiful! I hope I can come back to Houston someday just to visit Jenny and team! I am so happy with my nails and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants top notch nails and excellent service!
